I came to Aspen from New York about twenty years ago. Initially drawn to the Rockies to ski, my love and appreciation for the mountains was immediately apparent, and I followed my curiosities wherever they took me, which was often in directions I had never anticipated.

As I look back on the years, I can only consider my life out west– including my marriage to Christy– as a completely life-changing and positive experience. Together we share a passion for the outdoors and have made it a priority to continue to our mountain pursuits. With the ultimate goal of living an active, yet simple mountain lifestyle, I fill my workday as a ski instructor and outdoor photographer, and my free time in any number of outdoor endeavors– most often as an accomplished skier, climber, and ultra-runner.
